We reward every registered customer with loyalty rewards points after each purchase in the webshop at www.vrec-co.rs. After the inauguration of the loyalty rewards point system, for our registered customers who will have subscribed for our newsletter a credit entry of 300 loyalty rewards points will be written on the loyalty rewards point account of the customer immediately after the subscription.
If a customer purchases in the webshop at www.vrec-co.rs, every 100 HUF spent in our webshop will generate a 3 points (= 3 HUF) credit entry on the loyalty rewards point account of the customer. The system calculates the points automatically and will make an entry based on the calculated points for the customer’s loyalty rewards point account within a period of 2-3 days after the customer received the products. Thus the customer can reduce the total sum of the next purchase with these points. The points can be cashable within a 365-day period.
The customer can check the actual level of the gathered points in the customer’s profile data after logging into the webshop.
The loyalty rewards points that are gathered by the customer can be cashable within a 365-day period. At the end of the purchase process the customer must mark that the points will be exchanged for reducing the value of the actual purchase or collected further. 1 point = 1 HUF.
The encashment of loyalty rewards points is independent of the value of the purchase, the points can be used not only in the case when the customer buys a lower valued product (e.g 100 HUF) but a higher valued one (e.g. 100 000 HUF), too.
From time to time there will be special products in our webshop that can be purchased only by loyalty rewards points.
For each new and registered customer who subscribes to our newsletter a credit entry of 300 loyalty rewards points will be written on the loyalty rewards point account of the customer immediately after the subscription.
From time to time there will be special products in our webshop that will generate more loyalty rewards points.
The loyalty rewards points that had been gathered due to purchase cannot be exchanged for cash or assigned to another customer.
In the process of achievement of the order loyalty rewards point will be put to the loyalty rewards point account of registered customers based on the gross value of the billed order within a 5-day period after the receipt of the products or immediately after the purchase if the customer takes the products over in person.
Due to the modifications that have been made since the automatic ordering acknowledgement it can be occurred that there will be difference between the amount of the loyalty rewards points generated on the account of the customer and of the loyalty rewards points being written in the automatic ordering acknowledgement. In every ordering modification our colleagues will contact by phone with the involved customers. Loyalty rewards points will not be generated if the ordering had been failed, cancelled or not been received.
The loyalty rewards points can be cashable in our webshop at www.vrec-co.rs.
